The author of the book is Tomas Achelis – ex-President of the European Public Relations Confederation CERP, Board and Council Member of IPRA (2005 – 2007), member of The Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) UK, honorary member of the Romanian (ARRP) and the Russian PR association (PACO).
